The mirror makes it look like it is on the left hand side of the clock between the 7 and 8, so it is really on the right hand side between 4 and 5. That means it is after 4:00 and before 5:00. The minute hand appears on the right hand side between the 4 and 5 so it is really between the 7 and 8. It looks to be one minute past the 4 so in fact it is 1 minute before the 8, so it's 4:39.
